Tenant signing a new years lease.
It’s extremely comfortable, safe, has great parking 10 steps from the door, and spacious for one person, or just right for two. The kitchen has all the usual appliances. It does not have a washer/dryer, though it has a space for one if you have your own. The bills I pay are the City, electric and gas. Cable is obviously available, but I don’t get it.
The landlord is wonderful. It’s a local family, so no hassles like most places. And they take care of problems almost immediately.
