Welcome to Sooner Rents! We’re a long time Norman family who do our own management for a more personal touch. We try hard to keep our units well maintained including all the yard work in order to attract nice people. If you like to party and make a lot of noise, we’re probably not the place for you. If you tired of loud neighbors, check us out. We offer a more stabile environment and a safe neighborhood with these policies and by doing back ground checks of all prospective tenants. Sorry, no short term leases.

We have a variety of tenants including students, especially from the Law School, some retired folks and young couples getting started. We have observed over the 38 years we have been in the apartment rental business that roommates do not stay nearly as long as a singles, probably because our units are on the small side yet affordable.
